· 3+ years’ experience as a financial, pricing, reporting, or procurement analyst \n· Advanced Excel knowledge (i.e., pivot tables, macros, IF statements, lookup functions) \n· Experience managing and tracking POs, invoices, change orders, etc. \n· Strong communication to be able to collaborate across business stakeholders as well as vendors \n· Solutions-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in an ambiguous work environment

Job Description
- Create and refine Contract-to-PO process workflows based on current organizational practices.\n- Create detailed workback plans and alert systems that highlight and trigger key next steps.\n- Design and standardize contract approval documentation.\n- Design a centralized contract calendar and tracking overview.\n- Conduct executive contract status presentations with internal and external stakeholders.\n- Document each step of the contract tracking process with detailed job aids and supporting resources.\n- Provide Contract-to-PO training sessions to enable self-service teams.\n- Create automations as needed.\n- Standardize and socialize the contract intake process.\n- Design weekly contract reporting structures, layouts, and formats to reflect key business information.\n- Build vendor enablement status tracking and filing systems.\n- Ensure all contracts comply with applicable organizational policies and compliance standards.\n- Design and maintain project financial tracking templates.\n- Provide financial analysis for projects within the organization, including presenting recommendations to stakeholders and providing end-to-end support throughout the project lifecycle.\n- Provide invoice auditing, processing, and reconciliation to verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of accounting information received.\n- Create invoices in electronic formats, verify invoice information against company and regulatory requirements, and obtain approvals.\n- Build project financial models and provide analytical support for business initiatives to identify and communicate trends, risks, and opportunities.\n- Prepare management reports against forecasts, budgets, and prior-year performance to explain variances and highlight opportunities and risks.\n- Perform and monitor monthly accruals and reclassifications based on project forecasts.\n- Engage, train, and guide PMO teams through project financial activities.\n- Monitor change logs and prepare executive summary reporting for leadership teams.\n- Reporting requirements include vendor invoicing performance, project approval compliance, and variance reporting related to maintenance and operational activities.
